Meet the Keys Diver Staff and Crew

We're here to make sure you have the best, and safest trip possible.
We help make memories!

Captain John

Captain John knows the reefs and the best spots to to take you and always considers wind and sea conditions. He'll see that you are safe, and your trip is memorable and fun thanks to his many years running boats on our Key Largo waters.

Captain Dave

Captain Dave rejoined the Keys Diver family as our Operations Manager and dive boat captain. He's an experienced captain and dive instructor and knows the best dive sites to take our guests.

Captain Gina

Captain Gina is our newest captain. We are exited to have her join the Keys Diver team! Her enthusiasm and experience on the water will ensure our guests have a fun and safe time on the water.

Carol has been with the Keys Diver team for 10 years and is all things Keys Diver Shop. She is the one who can give you the best recommendations for your snorkel or dive trips, help answer any questions you may have, and offer suggestions for other things to do. She knows Key Largo like the back of her hand, and loves to share that knowledge.

Nate enters his second year on board our boats and is a PADI Divemaster and Scuba Instructor. He works both the dive and snorkel boat and is your go-to man for information on the reefs, sealife and diving.

Tom and Tracy started diving in the Keys eight years ago as a “summer fling”—but their love for diving exploded in a total love affair that has taken them all over the Caribbean. Tracy is a PADI MSDT and she's also the newest member of our shop team!

Tom and Tracy started diving in the Keys eight years ago as a “summer fling”—but their love for diving exploded in a total love affair that has taken them all over the Caribbean. Still, Key Largo is their first love, and they come back every summer to play with us! Tom is a PADI OWSI. He loves seeing the excitement on the faces of newly certified divers.

Jason is another Keys Diver boomerang employee, rejoining the team after some time away. We are excited to have him back, making sure out guests have a safe and fun time on Keys Diver II.

Stephanie is excited to join the Keys Diver family as the new owner. This Florida native has always dreamed of being a small business owner and with her love of the ocean and diving, Keys Diver was the perfect fit!

Keys Diver Snorkel Boat

Keys Diver I is a USCG certified 'snorkel only' boat with a maximum of 40 snorkelers allowed. Your boat is Captained by a USCG licensed Captain with a PADI or NAUI trained Divemaster/Rescue Diver on board. She isn't the fastest on the sea, but you are here to enjoy an afternoon on the water. we often see turtles, dolphins and rays as we make our way to the reef. You won't see that on a 'go fast boat.' Each boat has all Coast Guard required safety equipment, plus first aid kit, oxygen and AED. Our crew are highly trained and come with years of boating and safety experience.

Keys Diver II

Keys Diver II is our USCG certified boat that will carry both snorkelers and divers. She is 40 feet in length and can take up to 25 passengers. Like the snorkel boat, Keys Diver II has full safety equipment, oxygen, first aid kit and AED onboard. This boat may be reserved as a combination of snorkel and dive, or as snorkel or dive only. Snorkel gear is included in charter rates. Dive gear is an extra expense, and depends on just what is required. Coast Guard certified Captain and Divemaster/Instructor aboard.

Keys Diver Store

Look for the famous 12 ft tall snorkel on our roof! The Keys Diver store and gift shop is the place to check in, pick up your underwater camera or maybe some fins and a new mask. We're right on the corner at Mile Marker 99.6, next to the Wendy's and across from the Holiday Inn.

We have a great selection of nautical gifts, Island Jewlery, towels and snorkel/dive gear. We can also help you with suggestions on where to eat, stay and play. Make sure you call for reservations for your trip. We can fill up quickly and you don't want to be left onshore!
